      Writ of Partition. 30th Sept, 1692. The Sheriff of York County ordered to impanel a Jury to divide 200 acres in Marston alias Bruton Parish. This land having been left to Elizabeth, widow of Rice Jones of York County, lately deceased, and Rachell wife of John Walker of King and Queen County, "sisters and co-heires of Benjamin Crotia [Croshaw], deceased, sonn of Mr: Richard Crotia likewise deceased."
