I William Offutt Magruder ofFC, planter, for the love and affection, unto my brother Ninian Magruder, assign, all the plantation whereon my father lived, and at present my mother now dwelleth, together with 300 acres belonging to said plantation, and laid out by my grand father, given to my father, all the said land, I fully, freely, frankly and clearly give unto my brother Ninian Magruder and his lawful issue.
