Bequeaths to:
I. James Moore --son -to have 1 Iamb
2. Benjamin Moore --son -to have a calf
3. Elijah Moore --son -to have a calf
1. Mary Hardey --daughter (wife of John Hardey)
-to have a colt
2. Elizabeth Moore --daughter
-to have all the lands which testator is presently possessed of being part of "Child's Portion" to have for her natural life or until marriage
-named executrix of the will
3. Alexander Moore --son
-at death or marriage of testator's daughter Elizabeth to have the lands left to her
Witnesses: James Moore, Sr., Asa Moore, John Smith Mahone, Jesse Moore (mark)
Then came: the four above named subscribers to the will
