Bequeaths to;
1. Mary Weems --wife
-to have Negro man "Will" and his wife "Beck" and daughter "Mary" "Anthony" "Jully" (?} "Yellow Nell' and her daughter "Sophy"
-to have the mahogany chairs purchased from John Templeman,
the large mahogany chair purchased from William King, the cabinet purchased from the testator's sister and every other article of furniture that she has or may purchase with her own money, to have all the plate her deceased father gave. her, 2 beds and furn., and the choice of the bedsteads --except for the mahogany one.
-to have the use, benefit and profit of the rest of the testator's estate both real and personal during her single life not doubting that she will support the testator's children and that as they marry she will give them the whole or part of the property herein devised to them
-should she remarry., then the testator's children are declared free and independent of all right or power she may have had during her widowhood -named executrix of the will
2, Richard William Weems --son
-to have the testator's real estate in Prince George's County
-to have Negroes: "John" 'Aaron'. "Kate" "Little Ned" "Minty' "Lucy' "Poll" "Charles" "Jenny" "Young Sam" "Peg" "Torn" "Rachel" and her son "Bill"
-to have one third part °fall the testator's plate not already bequeathed, one third part of the stock, one third of all the money the testator possesses,
one third of the debts due him,
-to have the mahogany bedstead, all the testator's beds, chairs, tables and other household goods not already devised, watch, sleeve buttons, road horse, saddle arid furniture, his own horse, saddle and furniture
3. Margaret Hall French --daughter
Amelia Margaret Weems --daughter
-to have as tenants in common and not as joint tenants all of the testator's real estate lying in Calvert County and should either die before the age of 21 and without issue, then the survivor to have the whole
-Margaret to have Negroes: "Nell" "Peg" 'Abraham" his wife "Nell'. "Addison" 'Henry" Rachel" "Sall" "Little Jenny" and "Peter"
-Margaret to have one third of the plate, one third part of the money the testator has at the time of his death, 1 bed and form, and one third of the stock
-Amelia to have Negroes: "Little George' "Nancy" "Patrick" "Nell's Nancy" in Calvert County, "Sarah" "Big George" "Ambrose" ''Nace" and "Sitter's Tom"
-Amelia to have I bed and furn., one third of the plate, one third of the money the testator has at the time of his death, one third part of the stock
