I, William Marbury of CC, am sick and weak of body, but sound memory;
To my wife Martha Marbury - 3 Negroes, viz, woman Beck, woman Rachel, boy James; also all moveable estate.
To daughter, Sarah Marbury, one Negro girl named Aminta.
Executors: my wife Martha Marbury and my son Joseph Marbury.

I, Henry Marbury of CC, being sick and weak but of perfect sound mind memory and understanding;
To my four sons, William Henry, Leonard, Francis Ferdenando and Joseph Columbus Marbury, the whole of my real and personal estate.
To sister Elizabeth Marbury, the sum of seven pounds & ten shillings per annum for her support during her natural life.
