      Indenture made January 4, 1787; Thomas Young, planter in consideration of 450 pounds current money paid by Nicholas Miles, carpenter has sold part of "Foards Delight" containing 14 acres; part of "Wynns Middle Lott" containing 35 ¼ acres; Wynns East Lott containing 84 ¾ acres; "Lemster" containing 63 acres; "Youngs Direction" containing 100 acres; part of "Wynns Middle Lott" containing 49 ¾ acres. The first five tracts conveyed to him on October 24, 1772 by Robert Ferguson and the sixth and last tract sold to him by John Wynn, late of the county, deceased. Signed Thomas Young in the presence of and acknowledged before Samuel Hepburn, John Smith Brookes and at the same time Eleanor Young wife of Thomas Young relinquished her right of dower
