states that John Chiles married Elizabeth Graves d/o John Graves. However, Elizabeth is not mentioned in her father John Graves 1747 will. The only Elizabeth was Elizabeth Chiles d/o Henry who married Walter Carr.

- The Last Will and Testament of JOHN GRAVES, deceased, was exhibitted into Court by SUSANNAH GRAVES, one of the Executors therein named, JOSEPH PETERSON and JOHN WIGLESWORTH, two of the Executors mentioned in the said Will having refused to accept the same, and the said SUSANNAH having taken the Oath as the Law directs the said Will was proved by the Oaths of BENJAMIN HOLLADAY and WILLIAM WEBB, two of the witnesses thereto, whereupon Letters of Probate is granted her according to Law and the said Will is ordered to be recorded
