Towles was sec. for executorship of Mrs. Elizabeth Stanard of the last will, etc., of Beverley Stanard, Gent., decd., and whereas, the sd. Mordacai Buckner by intermarrying with the sd. Elizabeth Stanard became vested with sd. Executorship during the life of the sd. Elizabeth, whereof he became liable for the execution of the sd. will, and being desirous of saving harmless the sd. Towles, etc., deeds to him several slaves, in trust, etc., etc. Witnesses, Jno. Brock, Thos. Towles, Jno. Chew, jr. Apr. 4, 1786.
