      Bequeaths to:
      1. Sarah Green --granddaughter
      -to have all of testator's part of a tract of land called '`Westelit" being and lying on the Nanticoke River in Dorchester County along w/ a tract or parcel of land called 'Marsh Pasture w/ all other lands adjoining
      -should testatrix's granddaughter Polly Nevitt die w/out heirs, to have the land in Dorchester County devised to her
      2. Sarah Muir --granddaughter
      -to have a tract of land called "Cow Lane"
      3. Polly Hepburn --granddaughter
      -to have a tract of land called "Rider's Prevention" lying in Dorchester County and in case of her decease then to her mother Mrs. Jean Hepburn
