To wife Rebecca, dwelling plantation, 450 A. in 2 tracts, "Covington's Vineyard" and Covington's Comfort" during life; also, residue of personalty, which, at her decease, is to be divided among son Levin, dau. Sarah Lloyd, daus. Eliza: Wails and dau. Covington. Should differences arise in division of estate, it to be settled by brother Levin Denwood, brother Thos. Hicks, sons. Geo. Gale and Samuel Worthington.
To son Levin and hrs., plantation at decease of wife, also 512 A., "Covington's Chance" in Dorchester Co.
To dau. Eliza: Wailes and hrs., 420 A., "Collins Adventure."
