She's Rebecca Kirkley. Don't know if she married a Cutler, Cuttler, or Colter.

Will of Rebecca Colter, SMC, 10/18/1740-11/28/1740. To 4 child. Mary and ____entire estate. Servant: Christopher Smith, 1 year of his time. Exec.: Not named.
Wit: John Cole, John Medley. (Maryland Calendar of Wills). NOTE: I think this will is misleading and don't believe that Rebecca had any children. See her administrative accounts dated 7/7/1746 which refer to her legal representatives, Thomas, James and Mary Kirkley.

4/10/1741-7/6/1741: Admin. accts. of Rebecca Coulter, SMC. NOK: John Warren and Luke Russell. Admin.: George Kirtley.

7/7/1746: Admin. accts. of Rebecca Colter, SMC. Sureties: Cornelius Manning, John Cole (Newtown 100). Legal representatives: Thomas, James, and Mary Kirkley. Admin. (de bonis non): Thomas Kirkley.

The wife of Thomas Warren (d. 1698) was Rebecca Tucker, not Rebecca Kirkley. She was the daughter of William Tucker of Westmoreland County, VA. I have no husband for Rebecca Kirkley. She was single as late as 1720 when she was named in her mother's will:

Will of Elizabeth Burrell, SMC, 3/1/1720-1; 4/21/1721.
Son: Charles Kirkley and heirs, "Edenborough" where William Jones now lives; dwelling plantation, pt. of "Denyard's" tract (granted for want of heirs unto the sd. Denyard and so escheatable, afterwards granted to Anne Martin and called "St. James" lying on the west side of St. Clement's Bay); and personalty.
Grandson: George Kirkley, personalty in Newtown Neck.
Granddaughter: Henrietta Walker, 150 ac. "Cole Park" on the west side of St. Clement's Bay; 100 ac. "Raley" where Robert Persons now lives; and personalty, some of which is in Newtown Neck at son, Charles Kirkley's.
      Daughter: Rebecca Kirkley, personalty.
To: Son, Charles Kirkley and granddaughter, Henrietta afsd., residue of estate not already bequeathed. Exec: James Thompson. Wit: Philips Scirvin, Thomas Chamberlin, Dorothy Smith. NOTE that she's NOT married at this time.
