      Upon the petition of Mary Ford, the relict and executrix of Gerard Fordi the last will of Gerard Ford is proved by John Chamberlaine and Walter Morgan and administration of the estate with the will annexed is committed to Mary Ford. Itt is, further ordered that Robert Redman and John Rosier on 10 December next take a true inventory of the estate and appraize the same and Mr.Wm. Horton or Mr. Robt. Valx to sweare the appraizers. Capt. John Beard and,Walter Morgan doe assume with Mary ...For in 20,000 pounds of tobacco for Mary Ford's true performance of the will.

RANDALL DAVENPORT who intermarried with the widow and Executrix of GERRARD FOORD complains against RICHARD KNIGHT in a plea of debt .. sum nine hundred pounds of Tobacco in casks by bill bearing date 26th day of July 1681 ., and Richard Knight the deft by ROBERT BRENT his attorney carne into Court for plea saith that he ought not to pay the same be not Lyable by the Statute of Limitation which Plea is overruled by the Court And now forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court that Richard Knight the deft stands justly indebted to Randall Davenport the sum due as aforesaid Therefore tis ordered Richard Knight shall make present payment of the said sum
