=== Research notes by Maryellen Horrigan
Jemima, Jane and Margaret Regan were not born in Stafford. St Paul's registry would have them if they were born after 1715. They were born elsewhere, and perhaps not to this Charles who is on a second wife or is the grandson of James and Joan of Charles Co MD. This Charles could be the son of Charles, Mathew, or John ...all sons of James and Joan. The three men they marry are in their 20's. The three girls are not born before 1715, and not in Stafford.
