John Hatton is indebted unto Phillep Carpenter 450 pounds of tobacco for keepeing the sonn of Christopher and Jane Boaze, forasmuch as Hatton marryed Jane Boaze [Boyce], relict and widdow Christopher Boaz, it is ordered that Hatton pay Carpenter.
