      William Grigsby, of Overwharton Parish, Stafford County, and Ursley, his wife, deed to land on branches of Neapsco, Prince William County, 75 acres, part of patent granted to John Wallis, Nov. 9, 1698, and by said Wallis made over to James Mann (recorded in Stafford County) land James Mann gave to his daughter, Margaret Ursley Mann, while the said Ursley is now wife of said William Grigsby, etc. Recorded, May 25, 1741.
