      TO ALL XPIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I RICHARD HAILE of the County of Rappa:, Planter, send Greeting. Know yee that I the said RICHARD HAILE for diverse causes me thereunto moveing especially for the sum of Three thousand five hundred pounds of Tobb: & cask have sold unto RICHARD WORSDALL of the sd County, Plantr., one Plantacon and the land thereunto belonging containing One hundred acres more or less as it is by agreement now bounded & being in Farnham Parish & on the South side of the MILL CREEK called or knowne by the name of JONES his MILL vch. said land and Plantacon did formerly belong unto THOMAS SADLER of the sd County and now in the possession of the said RICHARD HAILE To have and to hold the sd Plantacon land and prmisses unto RICHARD WORSDALL or his heires for ever with all the comodities and emoluments belonging without the hindrance of me the said RICHARD HAILE my heires and further do warrant the sd bargained land & prmisses unto the said RICHARD WORSDALL from the claime of any persons whatsoever and do promise for myselfe and my Wife to acknowledge this Deed in the County Court of Rappa: upon demand Witness my hand and seale this 28th day of March 1683 Signed sealed and delivered in the prsence of
