Co. on the west side of the Patuxent River in the freshes between Deep Creek and Mattapony Creek; being part of a 250 acre parcel originally laid out to GEORGE COLLINS, late of said county, deceased; said property was conveyed to said SPICER by deed of WM. COLLINS, grandson of said GEORGE COLLINS; said STRAWBERRY is not to have use of the property until the expiration of an indenture of sale made between said GEORGE SPICER and THOMAS BRATT, alias BRIDGES, of P. G. Co.
