3 Mav 1722. Will of Elizabeth Tucker "of sound and perfect mind and memory." Presented by Joseph Woodward and proved by the witnesses on 29 August 1722. Recorded 9 October 1722. Legatees:
(1) daughter Martha Tucker, bed she now has in her possession, iron pot, table, a sift, an apron, a jump muzlong, handkerchief a "promer.";
(2) daughter Mary Woodward, my black gown and petticoat, my new promer, and a best shift;
(3) daughter Sarah Minor, my black hood;
(4) daughter Rebecca Tucker, my dimity waistcoat, stiff petticoat, and calico apron;
(5) sons Benjamin Tucker, Joseph Tucker (under age 18) and daughter Rebecca Tucker (under age 15) all the rest of the estate to be equally divided after it is appraised, except for two shillings which she gives to her sons John Tucker and Henry Tucker;
(6) Son Joseph Woodward to have the care of sons Benjamin and Joseph until they arrive to age 18 and daughter Rebecca until she arrives to the age of 15 years at which time he is to pay them their share of the estate, and to serve as executor.
