      Page 265-266 A Nuncupative Will of THOMAS WILLIAMS proved by the Oaths of ALEXANDER DOUGLASS, JOHN LIMITT & FRANCIS MILLS Witnesses present at the making thereof and that the Testator at the time of pronouncing the same did bid these persons aforesaid being present to bear witness that such was his Will and that it was made in the time of the Last sickness of the Deced at his dwelling house in Stafford County where he has been a resident for many years he died the 11th of November 1753 & proved next day: his Will is as follows.
      I do give unto SIMON HOOE my Mare & Colt called Fly
      I leave LEONARD MARTIN my gun & young sorrel horse saddle & furniture and chest to be sold for money but not to receive it till he comes of age the remaining part of my Estate to be likewise sold & one half to my sister SARAH DOUGLAS's children to them their heirs ., the other half to my sister ANN LIMIT'S children and their heirs.
      I give WILL KELLY to FRANCIS MILLS to his heirs .. I give my Servant woman to ALEXANDER DOUGLAS & John Limit to serve them. One year off her time I give her.
      I give to my Godson JOHNSON one young horse to be paid when he comes of age at the price of two pounds the money arising to be put into Capt. JOHN HOOES hands. Stafford County
      I give my cloaths to LEOND. MARTIN
