      Indenture made May 9, 1791; Edward Clarkson, planter and Lucy Clarkson his wife in consideration of 225 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Henry Rozer has sold part of a tract called "Stony Hill" or "Atheys Folly" containing 45 acres being part of "Admariothria" and sold by Notley Rozer to William Clarkson by deed bearing date May 29, 1700.
