      -to have the sum of 30 pounds to be put out at interest and to be paid to him when he arrives at age 21.
      2. Peggy Magruder --granddaughter
      -to have the sum of 30 pounds and testatrix's side saddles and also a little bay mare called "Suck" and to have when she arrives at age 16.
      3. Benony Wade --son Richard Wade --son
      -to have the rest and remainder of the estate to be divided equally between them and in case Richard should not ever come home" then the whole of the remainder to Benony.
