      Desire all debts paid, particularly that to Mr. Wahelin Welsh, with interest.
      The rest and residue of personal estate to MRS. MARGARET SMITH, haberdasher, of Mark Lane, London, for the tenderness, care and friendship I have always met with from her and her family.
      To bro. JOHN, my undivided moyety of our 4 lotts in Annapolis.
      I am desirous that my 4th pt. of "Augustin Mannor' shd. descend in course to bro. MATTHIAS BORDLEY, which I take to be agreeable to my father's inclination as well as mine.
      The balance of estate in the Province of Maryland, to sister ELIZABETH BORDLEY, and bro. BEAL BORDLEY.

      This Indenture made the Twentieth Day of
      November in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven
      Hundred and sixty two Between Elizabeth Bordley
      of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Gentle Woman
      Sister to and one of the Devisees of Thomas Bordley lately deceased
      who was Eldest son and Heir at Law of Ariana Jennings
      formerly Ariana Bordley deceased which said Ariana was one of
      the Daughters and Parceners of Mathias Vanderheyden late of
      Cecil County Gent Deceased of the one Part, and John Brice
      of the City of Annapolis of the other part Witnesseth
      that the said Elizabeth Bordley for and in consideration
      of the sum of seventy five Pounds Sterling Money of Great
      Brittain to her in hand paid by the said John Brice the
      Receipt whereof she doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and
      of every part and parcell thereof doth acquit exonerate and
      disharge the said John Brice his Heirs Executors and Admin.trs
      Hath granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed released
      and confirmed, and by these presents for herself and her heirs
      she the said Elizabeth Bordley Doth grant bargain
      sell alien Enfeoff release and confirm unto him the said
      John Brice his heirs and assigns all that her undivided
      One Eight part or Portion of all the Lands whereof the
      said Matthias Vanderheyden dyed seized lying and being
      in Cecil County aforesaid which have come to her by the
      Testament and last Will of her said Brother Thomas Bordley
      deceased and which is contained in several Tracts or Parcells
      of Land called or known by the Names of Warmust Coasters
      Harbour, Wheelers Warren, Hyde Park ^alias High Park^ Locust Neck, the
      Rounds Pasture Point and Brownley, and the Reversion
      and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
      Profits of them and of every part and parcell of them and also
      all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property claim
      and Demand whatsoever of her the said Elizabeth Bordley
      either in Law or Equity of in to o rout of the same undivided
      one Eight part or Portion of the several Tracts of Land aforesaid with their and each and every of their appurtenances
      To have & to hold the said undivided one Eighth part of the afd
      Land with the Premisses and appurtenances to them and each of them
      severally belonging to him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns
      to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said John Brice his
      Heirs and assigns, and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever,
      And the said Elizabeth Bordley for herself and her Heirs doth hereby
      covenant and agree to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and
      assigns that she the said Elizabeth Bordley and her Heirs the afd
      undivided one Eigth part or portion of the several Tracts or parcels of
      Land afd unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and assigns against
      her the said Elizabeth Bordley and her Heirs and also against all &
      every person or persons claiming or to claim by from or under
      her them or any or either of them shall and will for ever Warrant
      and Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said
      Parties to these Presents have interchangeably set their Hands
      and seals the Day & Year above written

      Received of John Brice the sum of seventy five pounds sterling

      and sixty two the within named Elizabeth Bordley came
      before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial
      Court and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
      to be her Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within
      mentioned to be the Rigth and Estate of the within named
      John Brice his Heirs and assigns according to act of
      assembly in such case Provided

      Three shillings & nine pence three Farthings sterling
      for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
      Fine on the within Lands by Virtue of a commission
      from Edward Loyd Esquire his said Lordship's Agent
      and Receiver General Benj.a Beall

      child not yet born; shd. sd. child die during minority sd. lot to wife and her hrs.; dwelling plantation pt. of "Hunting Field" during life, to pass at her decease to child afsd., sd. child dying as afsd. plantation to bro. James and hrs.; he dying without issue to nephew Thomas, son of bro. Thomas, dec'd. and hrs. ; also to wife afsd. and unborn child entire personal estate.
