      Henry Wood's First Account. May 8, 1779.
      The account of Mary Wood, Administratrix of Henry Wood, late of CC, deceased, viz -
      Debts include: the inventory of ad deceased's estate, exhibited into Orphan Court on Mar 28, 1778, amounting to 279 £14 shillings 11 pence; a crop of tobacco left by the deceased. The whole amount: 444 £1 shilling 7 pence.
      Disbursements went to: Sarah Cole, part of a bond dated Jun 4, 1773, paid in the deceased's lifetime, and interest thereon accepted by Mrs. Cole; Mr. William Mollison on a mortgage dated Dec 3, 1778; John Layman; Martha Sheed; Christian Bryan as per a judgment against the accountant; John Smith as per judgment against this accountant as admx, Nov Court, 1778; John Rowe; James Palmer; Doctor Gust. Brown; Walter Pye for rent; Benj'n Cawood, Collector, for Assessment; Thomas Emerson; Walter Hanson, Register, for Letters and recording Inventory and for stating, passing, & recording this account. Balance accountable: 111 £9 shillings 4 pence.

Jan 5, 1795 from Mary Wood, widow, of CC, to Benjamin Wood and Sarah Wood, her children, of CC, for the natural love she has for sd Benjamin and Sarah and for 5 shillings, the gift to Benjamin of a Negro boy called Bill, a girl named Lett, a bed and furniture, and a horse colt.
