      -to take charge °fall estate both real and personal which testator is entitled to and that a fair payment may be made to all the persons testator is indebted to and in particular all that property of testator's in the hands of Thomas Wraters after all his is sold likewise to them "I have injured" which testator leaves a piece of paper signed by the sante witnesses of testator's desire and that brother is to take possession of the old plantation where testator's father lives-
      -the right of information "is Surely due to my Farther family- which I desire they shall receive my Brother to take possession of it after my Brother Sells all the property in his power -
      -after a payment made of all my Just debts and to the Persons I have injured what ever left if any-the money to be plaid on lnterest every year the Persons who have my Children to receive each of them one half of the lnterest or the Money for come to twenty one years of age they to be paid their parts.
