To son Kensey Johns and hrs., several tracts viz: where I now live , being pt. of tract called 'Mears," containing 200 A., and 200 A. adjoining called "Angelica," and one lott in Prince Frederick Town, and lying westward of the court house.
To son Benjamin Johns, 400 A., pt. of "Angelica,' which I bought of Doctor Richard Jones, and 112 A. adjoining tract called Johns' Addition."
To son Richard Johns, 300 A. called 'Parker's Mitts,* and 75 A. called "Device,' and 200 A, called 'Darby,' and 50 A. called "Chance, which sd. several tracts be they more or less than the quantity specified.
To son afsd., tract of land in Queen Anne's Co., on the eastern shore, which I bought of Aquila Johns, called "Cool Spring and containing 400 A.
To bro. Kensey Johns and my bro.-in-law William Harris, personal estate.
