      At the request of Jemima Lyons, the following deed of gift to her 2 children was recorded on Jan 13, 1747[/8].
      I, Jemima Lyons of CC, widow, have given to my 2 children, William & Mary, as follows: unto Wm Nodder I give 1 good feather bed and bolster and rug and cow & calf, to be delivered to Wm when he arrives at age 21. To my daughter, Mary Lyons, 1 good feather bed and bolster and a pair of blankets and 1 cow and calf, to be delivered to my daughter when she arrives at age 16 or day of marriage.
