William Graham (son of Patrick Graham), an orphan child, 6 years old last Jan, is by the Court put under the guardianship of Leadstone Godfry. Ordered that sd orphan's estate be delivered to ad guardian, he giving bond and security. Bond given Feb 9, 1780, David Hay and William Cox, securities.

At the request of William Graham the following Deed of Gift was recorded November 14, 1810
Indenture made November 14, 1810; Mary Miles in consideration of the natural love and affection towards William Graham who intermarried with her daughter Aloysia Miles and in the further consideration of 5 shillings current money does give a part of a tract called "Two Partners" containing 143 acres which was on May 1, 1774 conveyed to the said Mary Miles by William Coomes.
