-to have that part 2 tracts of land lying in both Charles and Prince George's Counties called "The Forrest" and "Chance" which lie to the eastward of the swamp and
the boundaries of division beginning in the given line of the land of John Smith where it crosses the Cool Spring Branch thence up and with the branch to son Joseph Wright's spring and thence to a marked box white oak standing at the head of the branch and thence to a marked walnut tree and thence to a marked cherry tree being the 1st line of "Chance" where there is also a stone placed
-to have Negro "Bob"
-to have testator's short gun and 1/2 of the cider casks and tubs together with 1/2 of testator's working tools --except for the grind stone and cross cut saw which testator desires to be kept on the plantation for the use of his sons
-named executor and instructed to sell the remainder of the estate and the money from the sale to be divided among testator's children
2. John Watson Wright --son
-to have all the remaining part of testator's land lying in Charles Counry and to the westward of the above division lines being part of" Chance" and part of "The Forrest" and "Chance Addition"
