      1. Thomas N. Baden --brother
      -to have all the testator's estate both personal and mixed including
      that parcel of land willed to the testator by his late father John Baden,
      of Thomas after the payment of debts and the death of testator's mother
      and he to keep the land at a fair valuation and such valuation reserve to
      himself and to pay the over balance to the testator's brothers and sisters

      2. Thomas Noble Baden --son -to have at widow's decease part of a tract of land called "Marshall's Rest" lying on the south side of the road leading from John Waring's land to Susanna Magruder's land on condition
      3. Rebecca Dent Noble --daughter
      -as condition for the land left him, Thomas to pay her the sum of $300.00 at the end of 1 year following his possession of the land
      4, John Farvin Baden --son
      -to have after widow's decease part of a tract of land called "Marshall's Rest" and part
      of a tract of land called "Exchange" and part of a tract called "Masonseon" lying on the south side of Rutherford Branch --to have on condition
      5. Eleanor Baden --daughter -John to pay her the sum of $300.00 within 1 years of his taking possession of the land devised to him
      6. Clement Baden --son
      -to have testator's grist mill on Rutherford Branch including a small piece of land
      which testator purchased from John Baden, Sr. and also to have part of a grist mill
      and mill seat on the main branch of Deep Creek --to have on condition

      -Clement to pay her the sum of $300,00 as condition for the mills left to him
      -to have Negro man "Jim"
      8. Joseph Noble Baden --son
      -to have the plantation whereon testator now lives called "Part of the Exchange" on condition
      -Joseph and Clement named executors of the will
      9. Margaret Baden --daughter
      -Joseph to pay her the sum of $300.00 within 2 years following his takirm possession of the Land
      -testator's daughters to have Negro woman "Sib" and her increase to be divided among them
      -to have Negro boy "John"
