      At the request of Clement Kennedy the following Deed was recorded March 23, 1804
      Indenture made March 17, 1804; Benjamin Posey as well for divers other good causes and considerations him thereunto moving and also in consideration of 110 dollars paid by Clement Kennedy Sr. has sold part of a tract of land called "Perry's Discovery" containing 26 acres 3 rod, 34 perches and binding on "Blue Plains", Biters Bitt", Lanty Maddox's {Leonard }part of "Perry's Discovery" and it is further covenanted and agreed between the parties that Benjamin Posey in consideration has sold all the said Benjamin Posey's right of any land that he may in future have to any land belonging to his father Uzziah Posey that may be his right by any future division that takes place.
