1. Charles Burgess Smith --son
-to have all that tract of land which testator purchased from Robert Daniel of Jefferson County, Virginia but now of the state of Kentucky, Shelby County lying on a branch called Brashear's Creek and cont. 560 acres --to his male heirs. and should
he die wiout issue, then to testator's daughter
-to have the sum of 40 pounds currant money of Maryland , I of the best feather beds
and furn,
2. Martha Nicholls --daughter
Anna Drane --daughter
Ursula White --daughter
Elizabeth Wayman --daughter
Elinor Murphy --daughter
Susanna Crabb --daughter
-to have 1 tract of land which testator purchased from Robert Daniel of Jefferson
County, Virginia but now Shelby County,, Kentucky lying on a creek called Lick Creek
cont. 750 acres to be divided equally among them share and share alikeābut daughter Elizabeth and her husband being the l'L sealers on the said land have the 1st choice
-Negroes heretofore given to Martha being '`Mary" and "Jemima" shall be possessed by her without interruption
-Anna to have Negroes "Hannah" "Dyner" and "Rebecca"
-Ursula to have Negroes: "Tony" and "Sarah"
-Elizabeth to have Negroes "Priscilla" and "Mary"
-Eleanor to have Negro "Amelia.'
-Susanna to have "Charity"
-to have a tract of land which testator's son Stephen Smith purchased for testator from John Handley of the state of Virginia, but now the state of Kentucky lying on a creek called Ruff Creek and cont. 500 acres
-Eleanor to have 100 pounds current money

-to have all testator's Ngroes both male and female except for those hereafter named
-to have all the remainder of the estate to be divided between them

-to have a bond of 100 pounds being the money testator lent to him. and it being his bond for that sum
