Bequeaths to:
1. William D. Clagett --nephew (son of Joseph W. Clagett)
-to have the testatrix's land or real estate.
-to have Negro woman "SaIl" and her 2 sons "Ned" and "Nace" and her grandson "Henry"
-to have Negro woman "Jennyn and her 3 children, Negro man "Dick" and Negro woman "Suck" and her 4 children
-to have control over old Negroes "Henry" and "Nell" and to support them without being accountable to anyone for theim or their services and he not to sell them
-named executor of the will and to sell only as much of the testatrix's plantation "Rock" as will pay the debts
2. Eliner Clarke --niece (daughter ofBenjamin H. Clarke)
-to have Negro woman "Betty" and her 3 children
-to have the testatrix's drawers, looking glass, a bed and fum.
3. Ann Clarke --niece (daughter of Benjamin Clarke)
-to have Negro man "Will" and Negro women "Polly" and "Peg"
-to have all the testatrix's plate, and 1 bed and fum.
4. Eleanor Hall--niece (daughter of Richard Hall)
-to have Negro woman "Anne" and her 3 children
5. Hemietta Hall--niece (daughter of Richard Hall)
-to have Negro man "Tom" and the 2 eldest children of Negro woman "Suck"
