---'Dabney Overton Carr, age 24, died in Bogota, Columbia, where he had gone with a young South ---American, an adopted son of Gen. Paez... The deceased was a young man of fine talents and great ---promise. Of ardent temperament and enterprising spirit, while yet a student a West Point; he found ---the resolution of joining the standard of Bolivar.... appointed to an office in the Columbian army... He ---had served in it for several years...when death met him, on the battle-field, and closed his career.
