      'being Weak in body health . ."
      Bequeaths to:
      1. Margaret Baldwin --wife
      -to have all the real estate during her widowhood or until testator's son comes of age -should she remarry before testator's son comes of age, then to have only one third of the real estate
      -to have Negro man "Tyler" aged 20 to serve her until he comes of age 3 I and then to be free
      2. Zachariah Baldwin --son
      -when he comes of age to have all of testator's real estate
      3. Sophia (Baldwin ?) --daughter
      Rhoda (Baldwin ?) --daughter
      Jemima (Baldwin?) --daughter
      -when testator's son Zachariah comes of age and inherits the land, then he is to pay each of them 50 pounds lawful money
      -should Zachariah die w/out heirs, then to have the estate left to him to be divided among them.
      4. Ann (Baldwin ?) --daughter
      -named executrix of the will along w/ widow and instructed that personal estate is to he sold and after debts are paid to be divided
      5. "Thomas" --Negro
      "Ester" --Negro (wife of "Thomas)
      -to be free at the death of testator
