THIS INDENTURE made this Twentieth day of December 1773 Between MICHAEL UTZ and his Wife of County of Culpeper of one part and GEORGE UTZ of aforesaid County Witnesseth that for sum of Twenty pounds current money said Michael Utz and his Wife hath granted unto said George Utz Two hundred and twenty nine acres of land in County of Culpeper and bounded Beginning at two red oaks on the Robinson River and running thence North to a Hickory between George and ADAM UTZ thence with the said line South to two white oaks on the said river then up the several courses of said River to the beginning .. . . THIS INDENTURE made this 21st day of February 1773 Between GEORGE UTZ of County of Culpeper of one part and ADAM UTZ of the aforesaid County Witnesseth that for sum of Five pounds current money of Virginia the said George Utz and MARGRET his Wife hath granted unto said Adam Utz his heirs forever Ten acres of land in County of Culpeper Beginning at two white oaks on the North side of the Robinson River being the dividing Corner between said George Utz and Adam Utz and runing with said dividing line North East to a Sycamore in a marsh thence South to two Sycamore on the said River thence down the river the several courses to the beginning . . .
