Bequeaths to:
1. John Dyer -son
-to have Negro man "Henry"
2. Henry Dyer --son
-to have Negro man "John"
3, William Dyer --son
-to have Negro man "Dick"
4. James Corbin Dyer --son
-to have Negro man "Charles"
-all of testator's real estate to be divided among his sons
5. Margaretta Dyer --daughter

Sarah Ann Dyer --daughter
Maria Dyer --daughter
Ann Eliza Dyer --daughter
to have the residue of the personal estate consisting of Negroes, stock, household goods, etc.
-to have the use and occupation of all of testator's real estate during their single lives and no longer and after their death or marriage, then w pass over to testator's sons
-to have all the debts due testator being a debt due from William Sydbotham, deceased. a judgement against the said Sydbotham during his life. and also a judgement obtained against Richard Cramphlin administrator or Sydbothami's estate, a debt doe testator from Rinaldo Johnson for which Leonard Townshend and Nicholas Blacklock, deceased became securities and for which debt testator reeovered judgement against the said Johnson, Townshend, and Blacklock
6. Ann Dyer --wife
-to have all the crops that may be on hand at the time of testator's death and all the debts that arc due testator not herein bequeathed
-to have the use and occupation of all the real estate for her natural life or widowhood and no longer
-to have the use of all stock, and plantation utencils not bequeathed to daughters for her natural life or widowhood and no longer
-named executrix of the will
-to have all the use of the personal estate for her natural life and at her decease to he divided among testator's daughters
