Indenture made May 9, 1765; Basil Burgess in consideration of 10 pounds currency paid by Basil Magruder has sold "Vale of Benjamin" containing 27 acres beginning at a bounded second boundary of the part of said tract now in the possession of Basil Magruder called "Batsons Vineyard", the last line of Capt. Enoch Magruders part of "Huckleberry Patch", the Northwest corner of a part of his said whole tract now in the possession of Mareen Duvall.
