In the name of God Amen. I MATTHIAS BLANKENBECKER of Parish of St. Mark and County of Orange being sick and weak in Body but of Sound and perfect memory ... do make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first I recommend my Soul to God that gave it .. my body commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named
I give to my Beloved Wife MARY BLANKENBECKER the use of my house and plantation whereon I now live during the term of her life as aiso all goons and chattels for her life time and after the said my Beloved Wife decease that tract of land whereon I now live on containing one hundred and fifty six acres shall fall to my loving Son CHRISTOPHER BLANKENBECKER for his Inheritance and to his heirs forever, and I give unto my son Christopher Blankenbecker one horse satel and bridell after my decease.
I give to my beloved son JOHN BLANKENBECKER my tract of land containing three hundred and twenty acres for him and to his heirs forever.
I give unto my son John Blankenbecker one horse sattel and bridel after my decease.
I give unto my deceased son GEORGE BLANKENBECKER Eight pounds that is for his tract of land to his son JOHN BLANKENBECKER JUNR. to him and his heirs forever, he is took it either in chatteles or som other of my left effects to the value of it after my wiles decease and the said Eight pounds is to be left in the Executors hands til the said John Blankenbecker Junr. is of age and if the said John Blankenbecker Junr. should die before he should come to age the said money is to fall to my sons John Blankenbecker and Christopher Blankenbecker and to their heirs forever. And I will that all my personal I Estate or goods and chat ties be equally divided between my two sons John Blankenbecker and Christopher Blankenbecker and John Blankenbecker Junr. my Deceased son George Blankenbecker his son after the decease of my above loving wife Mary. And after the above my said Estate is divided between my two sons John Blankenbecker and Christopher Blankenbecker and John Bankebecker Junr. my Deceased Son George Blankenbecker his son and then the said my two sons John Blankenbecker and Christopher Blankenbecker is to give unto the said John Blankenbecker Junr. Eight pounds and the said money and all the Effects of the above Estate to be left in the Executors hands till the said John Blankenbecker Junr, comes to age and if the said John Blankenbecker Junr should die before he shall be of age and then the abovesaid money and Effects to fall to my two sans John Blankenbecker and Christopher Blankenbecker to them their heirs forever.
Lastly I make and ordain my beloved friend ZACHARIAS BLANKENBECKER and JACOB PRAYELL Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness that this be my last Will and Testament I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty thirth day of January 1745/6.

At a Court held for County of Culpeper on Thursday the 21th day of April 1763
This last Will and Testament of Matthias Blankenbecker Deced was exhibited to the Court by John Blankenbecker & was proved by the Oaths of George Utz & John Thomas & ordered to be recorded & on the motion of the said John Blankenbecker Certificate is granted him for Obtaining Letters of Administration with the Will annexed he having Sworn to the same and given Bond and Security according to Law the other Executor therein named refusing to take the burthen of the Execution thereof.
