Charles County Land Record Book L#3, 1761-1765; Page 523. Aug 31, 1764 from Angus McKay of CC, planter, to George Lee of CC, for 230 £sterling, and for divers other good causes, part of a tract of land called Greens Inheritance, which sd McKay bought of Leonard Alvey and Margaret, his mother, bounded by a small Indian Field, containing about 200 acres. Also, a tract of land, being part of the sd Greens Inheritance which the sd Angus McKay bought of William Green, and adjoining the above tract of 200 acres, bounded by the Old Womans Branch, a small Indian Field, the Old Womans Run, containing and laid out for about 67 acres.
