Nov 11, 1760 from Hezekiah Franklin of CC, planter, to Zephaniah Franklin and John Franklin of CC, for and in consideration of fulfilling the desire & intent of his father, Robert Franklin, which he was prevented from by not having time to make his will and also for and in consideration of 10 £sterling to him in hand paid by his mother, Priscilla Franklin on behalf of the abovesd Zephaniah Franklin & John Franklin, the grant to sd John Franklin, during his natural life & to his lawful issue forever, of all his right to part of a tract of land in CC, being part of Winters Possession, containing about 112-1/2 acres; also, 5 acres, being part of Molds' Adventure, formerly conveyed from John Franklin to the abovesd Robert Franklin, his son, decd; also, to sd Zepaniah Franklin, during his natural life, and to his lawful issue forever, the other part of Winters' Possession, containing and laid out for about 112-1/2 acres.
