I, Samuel Adams of CC, being infirm of body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To wife Dorothy Adams, all my estate both real personal and mixed to dispose of as she thinks proper.

That whereas the Reverend Lemuel Wilmer purchased of me, Samuel Adams, 20 acres of land which I bought of James Moore (deceased) which said land lies adjoining Henry A. Moore's land, Philip P. Ford's land and he said Reverend Lemuel Wilmer's land. And having been paid and I have no claim against him, I therefor devise the said land to Reverend Lemuel Wilmer.

William Robinson, Will, October 7, 1805; September 20, 1806
I, William Robinson of CC, being of perfect mind and memory;
To children, Elijah Robinson, Sarah Hannah Easter Richardson, and Ann Robinson, each 5 shillings current money.
To wife Virlinder Robinson, all my real and personal estate during her single life except my loom with its appurtenances and steelyards which I give to my two daughters Teresa Ann Robinson and Linny Adams Robinson.
Item: at he death or marriage of my wife, all my real and personal estate divided equally to my four children; Linny Adams Robinson, Teresa Ann Robinson, William Campbell Robinson and Samuel Cawood Robinson.
To daughters Linny Adams Robinson, Teresa Ann Robinson, 50 acres of land which William Shaw now lives during their single life as joint tenants. At their death or marriage then to my son William Campbell Robinson.
To son Samuel Cawood Robinson, all the rest of my land at the death or marriage of my wife.

I, John T. Mitchell of CC, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To sister Louisa Hedgman, wife of Peter D.G. Hedgman of Stafford County, Virginia, the sum of 200 dollars.
To cousin Samuel Adams, my saddle horse, saddle and bridle, my gold watch and double barreled gun.
To mother Mary Ann Mitchell, all the balance of my property personal and mixed and after her death to my nephews William Hebbert Mitchell and Benjamin Grayson Hedgman.
