      Indenture made June 7, 1763; William Denune, planter of PGCo no in consideration of 314 pounds sterling paid by Henry Hall of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, merchant have sold 2 tracts, "Denunes Purchase" containing 200 acres and part of "Parrott's Manor" purchased of Jacob Henderson and Robert Tyler of PGCo of Henry Hall of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, clerk by deed bearing date November 4, 1720; and also the several Negroes goods and chattles following; Negroes Toby & Sue; 2 gray mares, 1 bay horse, 1 brown mare, 4 sheep, 1 feather bed and furniture, 1 dozen pewter plates, 2 dishes and 2 basons, 5 hogs, and also all the crop of corn and tobacco now growing on the 2 tracts.; Provided always that if William Denune shall well and truly pay unto Henry Hall the aforesaid sums of money with legal interest on or before January 1 next then this present indenture shall cease and become absolutely void.
