      To my Sons Ephriam Aylor , Staunton Aylor, and Simeon Aylor the sum of one dollar, they have been previously compensated by me in a tract of land each which I concure to be equal to a full share of my landed estate.

      Upon the death of my wife Anna (Tanner), my home tract of land and the tract of land purchased from Eli Carpenter containing in the whole about one hundred and seventy six acres to be sold at best price and divided amongst his daughters equally to wit; Mildred Adams, Susannah Carpenter (all heirs of the body of Polly Norman decd) Almeda Stanifer and Anna Clore.
