      THIS INDENTURE made the twenty forth and twenty fifth day of September in the year one thousand seven hundred & forty one Between BURR BARTON & ELIZABETH his Wife of the County of Prince William Planter of one part & EDWARD FEAGAN of the County aforesaid Planter of other part Witnesseth that said BURR BARTON & ELIZABETH his Wife for the sum of fifteen pounds Current money of the said Colony hath granted unto the said EDWARD FEAGAN in his actual possession by Livery & Seisin and by vertue of a Bargain & Sale & by force of the Statute for the transferring of uses into possession & to his heirs & assigns for ever one certain parcel of land being in the Parish of Hambleton in the County of Prince William & on the North side of BULRUN MOUNTAIN being that tract of land whereon the aforesaid BURR BARTON now lives & which joins on the lands of MARY BEEVINS & BENJAMIN DRUMMOND near the said Mountain containing three hundred acres of land according to the several courses of the PATENT to said BURR BARTON for the said parcel of land To Have and To Hold the said premises before mentioned unto said EDWARD FEAGAN his heirs & assigns forever.       THE CONDITION of the above bound is that far as much as the said HANNAH BAYLIS hath granted unto SAMUEL EARL sundry Slaves goods and Cattle as p a Deed of Gift hearing equal date herewith Now if the said SAMUEL EARL shall permit the said HANNAH to keep the aforesaid Slaves goods and Cattle during the Natural life of the said HANNAH provided she does not dispose of the said goods save only for her better support and maintainence then this bond to be void else to remain in full force
