The land is bounded by Cat Tail Marsh, containing 373 acres, 2 roods, and 12 perches. Excepted is a rent of 5000 lbs of tobacco which shall be due on Dec 25 next, for the present year, from Philip Thomas, for part of the afd messuage or tract of land, leased to farm to sd Philip Thomas, and now in his occupation.
