      Thomas Delozier Will
      In the name of God Amen, I Thomas Delozier of the County of Westmoreland being very weak and sickly in body but at this present time in perfect sense and sound memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
      To item I lend to my beloved wife Susannah Delozier Negro boys Selah and Moses for and during her natural life.
      Item I give and bequeath unto my son Richard Davis Delozier Negro boy Moses after the decease of my loving wife and in case that he should die without heirs it is my will and desire that my daughter Molly Randall Delozier shall have an equal part in the said Negro with my son Daniel Delozier.
      Item I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel Delozier Negro boy Selah after the decease of my loving wife and in case that he should die without heirs it is my will and desire that my daughter Molly Randall Delozier shall have an equal part in the said Negro with my son Richard Davis Delozier.
      Item all the rest of my estate herein not given or otherwise bequeath it is my will and desire that it shall be equally divided amongst my three children; Richard Davis Delozier, Daniel Delozier and Molly Randall Delozier.
      Lastly, I appoint and ordain my beloved wife Susannah Delozier whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In confirmation whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 24th day of December 1764.

      At a Court held for Westmoreland County the 30th day of July 1765 this will was proved according to law by the oath of Augustine Sanford and Henrietta Sanford, witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded; and on the motion of Susanna Delozier the executrix named in the said will who made oath according to law and together with Solomon Redman and Thomas Randall her securities entered into and acknowledged bond with condition has along directs, certificate is granted her for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.       Absalom Blundell's Will [no date probate]
      In the Name of God Amen, I Absalom Blundell of the County of Westmoreland in the Parish of Cople being weak and sickley of body, but in perfect sense and sound memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
      Item I give and bequeath to my son John Blundell one shilling sterlingand now more which sum I do allot to be his full part of my whole estate.
      Item I give and bequeath unto my son William Blundell, Negro woman Sarah and her increase, it being his full part of my whole estate
      Item I leave Negro man Dick for the maintenance and schooling of my two youngest daughters, Sarah Baker Blundell and Suckey Blundell, which said Negro I do allot for them charges and no other.
      Item I do give and bequeath unto my loving wife Susanna Blundell the full part of my whole estate in every respect which is allowed by law for the widow’s dower of their husbands estates for and during her natural life.
      Item I also give and bequeath to my loving wife Susanna Blundell my grey horse named Parrott, in consideration of which it is my will and desire that she do pay to my daughter Suckey Blundell 6 pounds current money.
      Item it is my further will and desire that all my Negroes (excepting what I have already given away) shall remain together and the profits of their crops shall go to pay all my just debts and that they shall not be separated, nor not one of the children shall lay any claim to either of them until the same shall be fully paid off and discharged unless my loving wife and executors shall see fit otherwise to order the same.
      Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Blundell, young Negro lad Arch, but in case he should die without issue then the said Negro (or the value of him) shall be equally divided amongst his sisters, namely, Ann Baker Blundell, Sarah Baker Blundell, Suckey Blundell and his brother Absalom Blundell.
      Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Baker Blundell, Negro girl Rachell and her increase (or the value thereof) shall be equally divided between her two brothers, Thomas Blundell and Absalom Blundell and her sisters Sarah Baker Blundell and Suckey Blundell.
      Item I give and bequeath unto my son Absalom Blundell, Negro girl Prue and her future increase, but in case he should die without heir to the said Negro and her increase (or the value thereof) shall be equally divided when my son Thomas Blundell and my daughters, Ann Baker Blundell, Sarah Baker Blundell and Sukey Blundell.
      Item I give and bequeath my daughter Sarah Baker Blundell, Negro girl Lettice and her increase, but in case my daughters should die without heir then the Negro and her increase (or the value thereof) shall be equally divided between her brothers Thomas Blundell and Absalom Blundell and her two sisters Ann Baker Blundell and Sukey Blundell.
      Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Sukey Blundell Negro girl Lydia and her increase and for want of heirs the said Negro and her increase (or the value thereof) shall be equally divided between my son Thomas Blundell and Absalom Blundell and my daughters Ann Baker Blundell, and Sarah Baker Blundell.
      Item I give and bequeath to Molly Randall Delozier, Negro girl Sarah and her increase.
      Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Blundell, one feather bed and furniture.
      I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Baker Blundell one feather bed and furniture.
      Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Baker Blundell, one feather bed and furniture.
      Item and all the rest of my estate herein not given or otherwise bequeath is my will and desire it shall be equally divided.
      Item and lastly, I appoint and ordain my son Thomas Blundell and my friend Gerrard McKenney whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament. In confirmation whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of March 1773.

      Susannah Blundell's Will
      In the Name of God Amen, I Susannah Blundell of the County of Westmorland being weak and sickly of body but in perfect sense and sound memory do make and ordain this my last will and in manner and form following.
      Item I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Molly Randall Delozier my riding horse and saddle and all my will apparel excepting yellow grounded gallon and stripe calico one, I also give my gold ring to her.
      Item I give and bequeath my silver studs, thimble and small trunk
      Item I give and bequeath to my son Daniel Delozier my grey horse called Parrot.
      Item all the rest of my whole estate that is not herein given or otherwise bequeath it is my will and desire that it should be equally divided among all my children, Richard Davis Delozier, Daniel Delozier, Molly Randall Delozier and Sukey Blundell.
      Lastly, I appoint and ordain my son Daniel Delozier and my friend Gerrard McKenney my whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament. In confirmation whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of November 1776.

      At a court held for Westmoreland County March 25, 1777, this will was proved according to law by the oaths of Augustine Sanford and Henrietta Sanford witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded; and on the motion of Gerrard McKenney and Daniel Delozier who made oath thereto and together with Joseph Sanford and Charles Sanford their securities entered into and acknowledged bond with condition as the law directs, certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.
