To son John Lamb, all my lands, both patent and manor which I have under lease, that lie on the south side of the afsd road, and If he dies without issue, the land is to descend to sons Francis and William Lamb. To sons, Pearce and George Lamb, nothing, as they have been given a sufficient part of my estate already. To wife Susannah Burgess, 1/2 my dwelling house over the thirds of my lands; furniture and horse. Negro woman Darkey to have her freedom.
