Spencer; by the Cart path being the made to Mr. Wm. Edwards, &c. Granted to Mr. Bishop, decd., 4 July 1641 & after his decease held by his son, John Bishop, as being his heire; & sd. John being likewise decd., sd. land distends to sd. Mason as heire to sd. Jno, Bishop.
