...unto my son William all my land of what quality or condition soever, and after the death of my said son William, I give and bequeath my said land to Moses, son of my son william....but for want of such issue, then to the next heires of my son William forever.
...whereof I did formerly give to my Son Moses Decd, a certain tract of land & possessd.... of it, & assigned a bill of sale to him, for the same, but never was recorded I doe for the confirmation of that guift, give & gequest the same tract of land to Moses Linton, son of son Moses Linton Decd.
...to my daughter Elizabeth Ball, the wife of Richard Ball one trunk, one cold still, one third parte of my pewter, after the decease of Elizabeth my wife.
