  === 1716-1718 Westmoreland Co VA Order Book Westmoreland County Court 27th of November 1717, page 331a - WATERS's Will proved The Last Will and Testament of DOROTHY WATERS, deced., was presented into Court by WILLIAM MACLANACAN her Executor who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of EDMUND WYATT and JOHN WILLIAMS, two of the wittnesses thereto, is admitt to Record, and upon motion of WILLIAM and his performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form, And it is ordered YOUELL WATKINS, FRANCIS AWBREY, FRANCIS ATTWELL the Elder, and CHARLES LUCAS or any three of them being first sworn before one of his Majesties Justices according to Law doe some time before the next Court to be held for this County, value and appraise the Testator's Estate in money and make report thereof to the next Court
